Christina offers a personalized approach, combining expertise in exercise physiology and sports rehabilitation. She guides her patients towards lasting well-being and optimal performance, with attentiveness and support.

About Me

Graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2022 with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, Christina takes a patient-centred approach to therapy. Its mission is to support and equip them to become an active player in their rehabilitation, while promoting lasting changes in their lives.

Known for her professionalism, her warm smile and her attentive listening, Christina is fully invested in establishing a relationship of trust with each of her patients. She develops personalized treatment plans, tailored to the specific needs of each person.

Passionate about anatomy, human movement, health promotion, and high-performance training, Christina is CSEP-certified in exercise physiology and aspires to specialize in sports physiotherapy. His areas of interest also cover orthopedics, neuromusculoskeletal medicine as well as cardio-respiratory conditions.

Since 2024, Christina has been proud to be the official physiotherapist for the UQO Torrents team, contributing to the well-being and performance of university athletes.

Outside of her practice, she enjoys taking advantage of her free time for hiking and soccer.
